Thank you and all of your people at Bayon Tours for a once in a lifetime trip to Cambodia. Everything went smoothly from our flights from Hong Kong to Siem Reap and our tour of Angkor Wat.

The guide you arranged for us was excellent and very accommodating for what we wanted to see and do. We loved the Meridien hotel, staff and restaurant. We have been all over the world and never met a more gracious and delightful people than the Cambodians.

Thank you again for a very memorable trip to Cambodia.

Hello everyone at Bayon Travel!
I just wanted to say thank you for arranging such a wonderful trip.  I had a lovely time, ate lots of great food, saw many wonderful sites.  The guides were great, the hotels, all of it was just a wonderful trip.

The only suggestion I could make, is when doing the 2 countries - Cambodia and Laos, I would suggest spending a little more time on the beginning of the Laos trip in Vientiane, as I just didn't get to see much there.  Instead of at the end of the trip flying back from LuangPrabang to Vientiane, then Vientiane to Phnom Pehn, fly from LuangPrabang directly to Phnom Pehn.  It would be one less day spent flying and instead be seeing the country.  Otherwise, everything was wonderful!

Good day! Sorry, I forgot to fill-up the questionaire provided to us in Hotel Cara. Anyway, I (or we) have no comments with regards to 'Bayon Tours' service.

It was well organized. From the time we alighted from SAPACO bus in PP, you were there waiting for us. The tour guide (Mr Tea) was also superb. Even the driver (Mr Saron) was very kind as well. What more I can say.

However, travel time (from HCMC to PP) was quite long. Anyway, it's beyond your control. Perhaps, if the immigration procedures (both in Moc Bai & Va Bet) could be improved, then travel time will be shortened. I also heard there is a proposed bridge in Neak Leung. If that will be realized, then trip from HCMC to PP will not be so tiring.

Nonetheless, I would recommend to my friends your tour agency and I would love to come back to your country again soon (perhaps to see Angkor Wat).

Thanks to your well planned itinerary and advice prior to the trip; my wife, our 2 children and I had a wonderful time in Phonm Penh and then Siam Reap last week. The welcome at Phom Penh by Ms. Lisa was warm, friendly and cordial. The hotels at both locations met the expectations. All the other services provided by Bayon Tours, namely the guides, the cars and the drivers were of good quality and I must say that there were no nasty surprises – in my experience with tour companies around the world that’s always the biggest plus point! Our guide in Phom Penh was truly knowledgeable and highly professional. The Siam Reap leg of the trip could have been handled a lot better, but anyway this feedback has been shared with you Vannak.

Overall, we are happy with the professional service rendered by your staff and pleased with your service attitude in addressing our problems during the trip. Keep up the good work and we hope to be back, this time at an official level, sometime soon.

I want to let you what a good job you did setting up our trip to Siem Reap and Vietnam. Your communicating with Larry Schultz to get the best we wanted really paid off. We had great hotels, wonderful tour guides, especially Cheers and Ricky in Siem Reap. Their English, knowledge and humor was great. The flood in Hue did not hurt us as we were put up in another nice hotel that we did not have to get to by boat. We could adapt our itinerary if needed by all of us. The private vans and boat rides with just our group were much appreciated. Breakfast included worked out well. We had fun finding places to each at lunch with the help of our guides. We found the people friendly and interesting. We would recommend your travel company to anyone wanting to make this trip. Thank you for all your help.

Larry and I wanted to tell you that we had such a great time on the Cambodia-Vietnam trip. The guides were always at the airport and always on time for the tours. Everything went great and all 7 of us had a superb time on the trip. The floods in Hue and Hoi an caused us not to see some of the sights but that could not be helped and the guide and driver did their very best and the important thing was is that we were always safe. The company that got us a different hotel in Hue was great as there was a meter of water in front of the hotel and 1/2 meter in the lobby. They did not need us there as they were having enough problems to solve. All of the four * hotels were really great and they had a great breakfast array to chose from. Cheers and Ricky(Cambodia guides) were the best. They spoiled us!! They worked so well with us and became real friends. They also had a very good handle on the English language and were easy to understand. The other guides were good but Cheers and Ricky had that personal touch. The drivers are all to be commended for driving in the madhouse traffic in Vietnam.

It was really nice of you to make calls to Larry and see how the trip was going. We all thought that was really nice. We left a Las Vegas coffee mug with C and R (for you) if they ever see you. Hope that someday we can meet somewhere.

We arrived home yesterday after the MOST amazing trip.  What an experience!
Both Laura and I were so impressed with the way in which everything was handled.  At no point did we ever have to worry because there was no one to greet us at our new destination.  Takes the stress out of travel, particularly in a country where English is not widely spoken.

We found all your guides of exceptionally high standard and each and every one of them went out of their way to make our trip truly memorable.  I cannot single any of them out because in their own unique way, they made sure we had a fantastic holiday.

I would definitely love to visit your country again and will not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone else wishing to travel to Vietnam or Cambodia.  Thank you for making our trip a memorable one.  How lucky I spoke to Geraldine - she was the one who encouraged me to book all my travels through you.  You did an exceptional job! Thank you, too!  We had a lovely time and were extremely impressed with your service.  I would be happy to be a reference for you. 
The Hotels were lovely… I would say that the Metropole was the best, then Le Residence (both) next best, then the Caravelle then the Victoria …. We really loved the Metropole the most… it’s lovely and the location is great as well as the facilities and service.  And we really liked the restaurant "Wild Lotus" you sent us to for our welcome dinner.
Some of the highlights of the trip were Halong Bay … it was so beautiful…  and we really enjoyed the flowers and champagne and cake… it was very memorable. Going to the markets was also great fun…  the guides were great… very knowledgeable, accommodating and their flexibility was appreciated. 

We were thinking we would see some less developed parts of the Mekong Delta.  And the boat trip on Tonle Sap Lake seemed like a trap just to get us onto a tourist barge.    

One thing that was a problem was leaving for Cambodia … Vietnam airlines was reluctant to let us on the plane because we did not have the return tickets back to Vietnam .  In the end it all worked out great but it was stressful at the time, we thought we were going to have a major problem.  Also, some information that would be helpful in the dossier you send out to people visiting Cambodia is that they require a passport that is valid for more than six months from the entry date into Cambodia …
We were very pleased on the whole.  We thought the service was impeccable and we will recommend you and your company.
